If you are using a US-based freight forwarding address (such as Agape, ShipMe, Mailpac, etc.) to receive your items in Jamaica:
  • Delivery to your US Address: Our standard 8–12 business day delivery window applies to getting your package safely delivered and scanned into your forwarder's Florida warehouse.
  • Forwarding Timelines: Please allow additional time for your freight forwarder to process, fly, and clear your package through Jamaica Customs.
  • Local Fees: All local freight-forwarding fees, Jamaican customs duties, and local island delivery taxes are paid directly to your shipping provider and are the responsibility of the customer.
